Arrivo was founded by Harshil Vasani, Founder & CEO, out of lived experience, not theory.

"When I moved to the UAE for his postgraduate studies, I encountered the same uncertainties that thousands of international students face every year finding safe accommodation, understanding a new system and trying to feel at home in a completely unfamiliar country. The excitement of studying abroad was often accompanied by stress, confusion and unanswered questions, especially during the crucial first days after arrival. These experiences became the foundation of Arrivo. The students didn’t just need admissions or visas, they needed real on-ground support during one of the biggest transitions of their lives. Arrivo was created to ensure that no student in the UAE has to navigate this journey alone." -Harshil Vasani

To strengthen this vision, Krupa Chauhan joined Arrivo as Co-Founder, bringing with her a deep sense of empathy, structure and purpose.
